Towing Vehicle Requirements: The towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the ability to tow.
Customer Liability: The customer is responsible for all damages to the rented trailer unless an optional insurance coverage is elected by the rentee upon execution of the trailer rental agreement. The credit card provided at execution of the trailer rental agreement will be charged for all damages when returned if not paid by the rentee.

What is needed to rent our trailers?
All that you’ll need is:
Valid VA Driver’s License.
Valid up to date Insurance card for your tow vehicle.
Valid Credit Card for the fully refundable Deposit.
Are Deposits fully refundable?
Yes. Deposit will be returned when trailer is returned with no missing equipment, and no damages. The deposit will be returned less any fees, Tolls, or cost of missing or damaged equipment.
Is there a minimum age to rent our trailers?
Yes, our trailer insurance requires renters to be at least 25 years old.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
At ProHaul Trailers, we understand plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Bookings canceled within 48 hours of confirmation are eligible for a full refund, no penalties applied.
